Due to fast growth, we are looking for an Office Manager to our showroom to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and potential buyers with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Maintain a polished and welcoming environment.
- Manage appointments and schedules for sales managers and client meetings.
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies management, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Act as a central point of contact between the sales team and other departments.
- Assist in scheduling team meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, open houses, and VIP client visits.
- Ensure all marketing materials and displays are up-to-date and visually appealing.

What we are expecting from you:
- Proven experience in office management, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in a sales or luxury environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
