In Dubai, Indian expatriate parents Nikita Paresh Wadka and Yogesh celebrated the arrival of their first child at 1:54am on June 6 at Prime Hospital. Their baby boy, weighing 2.9kg, brought immense joy to the family.
“We are overjoyed to welcome our son on such a spiritually significant day,” said the proud parents. “This is truly the best gift we could have asked for on Eid.”
Aster Hospital, Al Qusais Celebrates Eid Baby Arrival
Another joyful moment was witnessed at Aster Hospital in Al Qusais, Dubai. Mansoor Ali and Haneena Saithammarakathu Lanchira Purayil, residents of Dubai, welcomed their baby boy at 4:39am.
“We are overwhelmed with gratitude to have our son born on Eid Al Adha. This is a moment we will cherish forever,” the couple shared, extending heartfelt thanks to the dedicated doctors and medical team at Aster Hospital for their compassionate care.
Abu Dhabi’s First Eid Baby at NMC Royal Hospital
In Abu Dhabi, the first Eid baby was born at 1:39am at NMC Royal Hospital. Baby Sila, a healthy girl weighing 3.56kg, was born to Jordanian couple Rehaf Mohamed Mansour, a homemaker, and Ibrahim Abdel, a computer engineer.
“This is truly my Eid gift – my angel,” said Rehaf. The delivery was overseen by Dr. Eman Sadek, who, along with the hospital team, congratulated the family on the joyous occasion.

Another Eid Baby Welcomed at NMC Specialty Hospital
Later the same day, NMC Specialty Hospital celebrated the birth of another Eid baby. Born to Ethiopian parents, the baby boy weighed 3.68kg and was delivered via Cesarean section under the expert care of Dr. Sunita Gupta. This marks the first child for proud parents Cheekediss Tesfay, a messenger, and Wongwossenn Jereje Ariea, a government employee.
“Blessed Eid! It’s a privilege to welcome this beautiful baby on such a sacred day,” said Dr. Gupta. “We wish the family a life filled with happiness and blessings.”
Ras Al Khaimah Celebrates Eid with Arrival of Baby Zayed
At RAK Hospital in Ras Al Khaimah, the joyous celebration continued with the birth of baby Zayed Hamed Sayed Hamed Hamed at 5:45am. Weighing 2.18kg, Zayed is the third child of Egyptian couple Hamed Sayed Hamed and Eman Mohamed.
The family expressed their happiness, saying, “We feel so blessed to welcome our son on Eid. This marks a beautiful beginning to our celebration.”
