Since the height of summer heat, numerous UAE adventures have been available at nearly giveaway prices, with discounts reaching up to 70 percent. With temperatures soaring above 50 degrees, few people are inclined to enjoy the sun.
However, for those who don’t mind the heat and seek adventure, now is the perfect time to seize these opportunities.
Local tour agencies have informed Khaleej Times that many activities are currently offered at discounted rates. However, as temperatures are expected to drop around September, these deals will likely be available only until the end of August.
This means that those interested in booking these adventures have just 20 days to take advantage of the promotions. Here’s a snapshot of the current offers:
- Beach Rentals: At Sharjah’s Al Mamzar Beach, you can rent a spot for less than Dh100 per hour, reduced from the usual Dh250. In Jumeirah, the rental rate has also dropped from Dh450 to Dh210 per hour.
- Buggy Rides: For desert enthusiasts, buggy rentals ranging from 25cc to 400cc are available at up to 50 percent off. Rides can vary from 30 minutes to several hours and may include scenic stops in the desert.
- Dhow Cruise Dinner: Experience Dubai’s heritage with a serene dinner cruise on a traditional dhow. In Festival City, the price has been reduced from Dh60 to Dh45, while in Marina, it now costs Dh70, down from Dh100.
