We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate is a local Arab professional, fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong communication skills and experience in managing administrative duties to support a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.

Maintain office supplies inventory and handle ordering.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.

Organize scheduling, meetings, and assist with event coordination.

Support HR with onboarding, offboarding, and policy maintenance.

Address staff inquiries regarding office management issues.

Ensure compliance with office health, safety, and security regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in office management or similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.

Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
